Admittedly, the wait for the pancakes was about 30-40 minutes, which was a bit discouraging, but I also saw them making the dough in the meantime, and they were beautiful and fluffy. I saw how they prepared them and how quickly they finished them. I recommend it! Especially the pistachio with raspberries and the cold coconut matcha. However, I miss the music to complete the atmosphere.
